Hotel transactions · Worldwide

One side of the table. Every time.

We represent luxury hotel owners who are selling, and LPs, fund managers, REITs and family offices who are buying. Every asset is diligenced the way an operator would run it, because we do.

Two mandates

Pick your side of the table.

Same operating judgement, two clients. In any single transaction Tara acts for one side only, confirmed in writing when the mandate is signed.

Sell-side · Luxury hotel owners

Sell on the hotel's real numbers, not a brochure.

Buyers send operators into diligence. We get there first: we rebuild your P&L the way their operator will, fix what would cost you price, and take the asset to capital whose mandate actually fits it.

Buy-side · LPs, fund managers, REITs, family offices

Buy what an operator would buy.

Most hotel deal flow reaches capital priced and packaged to sell. We work from your mandate outwards, then underwrite every asset with the assumptions of people who have carried the operating budget.

Brief an acquisition mandate

Before you appoint us

Do you represent buyers and sellers?
Yes, as separate mandates. In any single transaction Tara acts for one side only, and that is confirmed in writing in the mandate letter.
Which markets do you cover?
We take mandates worldwide. Our operating depth is strongest in the GCC, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Europe, where our leadership has run hotels directly.
Is the sale process confidential?
Yes. Buyers are qualified and sign an NDA before they see the asset, information is released in stages, and nothing is listed publicly unless you choose to.
How are fees structured?
Per mandate, in writing, before work starts: a retainer, a success fee on completion, or a combination, depending on the size and complexity of the brief.
Can Tara manage the hotel after the deal?
Optionally. Buyers can appoint Tara as asset manager or operator after closing; that appointment is disclosed and governed separately from the transaction mandate.
