For Singapore-related matters: Disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Singapore, and the decision shall be final and binding.

For UAE and DIFC-related matters: Disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, as appropriate. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Dubai, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending resolution through arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
